4. Payments

Payments related to admissions, enrolment or fees are not processed online.
Accepted methods are bank transfer, and credit card (in‑person) at our centres. All payments are processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
Fees are subject to our separate fee schedule, made available to you upon enquiry.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

We collect only the information you provide — such as name, email, phone number, child’s details, etc. — to manage your registration, enrolment and service delivery.

We will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your personal data.
Your data security is important to us; we implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

6. Use & Disclosure of Personal Data

We use your personal information to:

  • Communicate with you regarding your child’s enrolment, programs, or account
  • Provide access to the Parent Portal, newsletters, and event information (unless you opt out)
  • Comply with legal obligations, such as school‑attendance records or government reporting

We may disclose your information:

  • To our staff, consultants, or service providers under confidentiality
  • Under legal obligation (e.g., KSA authorities, courts)
  • If required for the protection of children’s welfare or criminal investigation
